What we create with steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys

MT srl manages all the main processes required for the production of frames and metal components entirely in-house, ensuring maximum control over quality, timing, and customization. Every production stage is supported by cutting-edge technologies and highly qualified personnel, providing reliable, tailor-made solutions for every need.

Tube laser cutting

The company is equipped with two BLM GROUP 3D tube laser cutting systems, used exclusively for internal production. This technology represents a strategic added value: greater precision in component fittings, reduced tolerances, faster prototyping and full control over the production process.

Tube bending and processing

We operate 11 electric and hydraulic tube bending machines in-house, allowing us to maintain full control over quality, lead times and production flexibility.
This internal setup ensures rapid prototyping, adaptability to design changes and consistency in series production.

Stamping and punching

With a range of 9 presses of different tonnages, the company performs stamping and punching operations on round and shaped tubes. This department enables the creation of components with customized, perfectly repeatable geometries.

Automated and manual welding department

The welding department consists of over 20 robotic cells, some of the latest generation equipped with Fronius systems, supported by around 30 specialized manual welding stations.
We perform welding on iron, steel and aluminium, using both robotic and manual processes depending on the characteristics of the component, production volumes and the structural requirements of the project.
This integration between advanced automation and qualified technical expertise allows us to guarantee:
  • Process repeatability and consistent quality
  • Constant control of welding parameters
  • Uniform weld bead and proper penetration
  • Flexibility in managing prototypes and small production batches

CNC machining

The machining department is equipped with 4 CNC lathes and 5 milling machines dedicated exclusively to in-house production. This setup allows us to manufacture turned and milled components with high dimensional precision, tight tolerance control and full integration with assembly and welding processes. The in-house management of machining operations ensures operational continuity, process traceability and reduced lead times for component availability.

Finishing and surface treatments

We collaborate with specialized partners for industrial coating, ensuring consistent quality and full integration with our production timelines. Internally, we also operate two sandblasting systems that allow the simultaneous treatment of iron, steel and aluminium components, ensuring proper surface preparation, optimal coating adhesion and an efficient production cycle through to the finished product.

Quality department and finishing control

We operate a dedicated quality department responsible for the final inspection and internal finishing of painted or surface-treated components.
Each batch undergoes targeted checks to ensure compliance with quality standards, consistency of finishes and full adherence to the technical specifications required by the customer.
